1. Principles

Buyers see the total they'll pay item price + shipping before they confirm. There is no payment processing fee for buyers.
Sellers payout amount = order total − commission.
No hidden fees. No listing fees.

2. Buyer fees

Buyers pay no processing fee. The total at checkout is the item price plus shipping — nothing else is added. Payments are collected by a verified payment aggregator and Mnadani absorbs the processing cost.

The total shown on the checkout page is exactly what leaves your mobile money account (normal charges apply depending on your provider).

Mnadani takes a flat 4.5% commission from the order total only, at the moment funds are released from escrow into your wallet.
