Seller guidelines

1. Listing quality

• One listing per item (or per stock unit for variants).
• No duplicate listings across your store.
• List only items you have in hand and are ready to ship within your handling window.

2. Photos

• Your own photos of the exact item, taken in good light.
• Show any flaw or wear honestly.
• No stock photos for used items, no borrowed manufacturer imagery unless you're an authorised reseller.

3. Titles & descriptions

• Titles: brand + model + key attributes. No ALL CAPS, promotional emoji, or unrelated keywords.
• Descriptions: state material facts first (size, capacity, defects), then any story.
• Do not copy descriptions from other sellers.

4. Pricing

• Prices must include VAT where applicable.
• No bait pricing (listing at an impossible-to-honour price to attract clicks).

5. Communication

• Reply to buyer messages within 24 hours.
• Use polite, professional language in every message and review response.
• Never share off-platform contacts or ask for off-platform payment.

6. Shipping obligations

• Ship within the handling time on the listing.
• Upload the courier ticket when you mark the order shipped.
• Give an estimated delivery date; update it if the courier delays.
• Package well; damage on arrival is your responsibility.

7. Returns you must accept

Regardless of your stated return policy, you must accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, counterfeit, missing components, or materially different from the listing. Details in Returns & refunds.

8. Performance thresholds

We measure sellers on late-dispatch rate, dispute rate, cancellation rate, and message response time. Sellers below the threshold get a warning, then temporary listing limits, then account review. Sellers who consistently meet the threshold get faster payouts and higher placement.

9. Prohibited & restricted

Never list items on the Prohibited items list. Restricted items are allowed only with the required documentation uploaded on the listing.
