Trust & safety
Community guidelines
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These guidelines cover behaviour — the rules for how everyone on Mnadani treats everyone else. Item rules live in Seller guidelines and Prohibited items.
1. Principles
- Be honest. Describe items truthfully; leave reviews that match reality.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or doxxing.
- Be safe. Meet in public for pickups; never share verification codes.
- Stay on platform. Use Mnadani chat and Mnadani checkout for every transaction.
2. Listings
- Use your own photos of the actual item.
- Match the title, description, and category to what you're selling.
- Do not stuff keywords, spam categories, or use misleading price bait.
- Do not list prohibited items.
3. Chat & messages
- Only message about the listing, order, or dispute — no unsolicited marketing.
- Do not share phone numbers, emails, or off-platform links to move a sale outside Mnadani.
- No abusive language, threats, or sexual content.
4. Reviews
- Review only sellers you have actually transacted with.
- Reviews must describe the item or the seller's service, not personal attributes.
- No paid, incentivised, or exchanged reviews.
- Sellers cannot condition delivery or refund on the buyer leaving a positive review.
5. Disputes
Both sides must respond honestly and provide real evidence. Fabricating evidence or bullying the other side to withdraw a dispute leads to account restrictions.
6. Off-platform activity
Nothing you do off Mnadani is our business — except when it targets a Mnadani user or transaction. Threatening or defrauding a trading partner outside the platform can still lead to Mnadani account closure.
