Report a listing
If something on Mnadani looks wrong, tell us. Reports are confidential — the person you report never sees who filed the report.
1. What you can report
- Scams, fake listings, phishing links.
- Prohibited items or listings that need documentation but don't show it.
- Counterfeit goods and IP infringement (use the IP notice for formal takedowns).
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech in listings, chat, or reviews.
- Requests to pay off-platform or move a transaction outside Mnadani.
2. How to report
- From a listing → tap the ⋯ menu in the top-right → Report listing.
- From a chat message → long-press the message → Report.
- From a review → tap Report review.
- For anything else, use the Contact page.
3. Information that helps
- The exact listing URL or username.
- A short description of what's wrong.
- Screenshots or a link to evidence.
4. What happens next
Trust & safety reviews every report — usually within 2 working days. We may take content down, warn or restrict the user, or ask you for more information. We don't share the outcome publicly for privacy reasons, but you can check on the reported listing to see if it's still up.
